John Abraham (Hindi: जॉन अब्राहम; born 17 December 1972) is an Indian actor and former model who appears in Bollywood films.
Abraham was born in Mumbai to a Malayali father and an Parsi mother.His father is an architect from Alwaye, Kerala; his mother is named Phiroza Irani. Abraham’s Parsi name is “Farhan” while his father, being a Syrian Christian, named him “John”. He has a younger brother, Alan. Abraham studied at the Bombay Scottish School, Mahim in Mumbai and did his MMS from Mumbai Educational Trust (MET).
